What Our Clients Think

Realtors told me to list my home well below what I’d hoped to sell it for.  Birgit Anich came in for a home staging consultation and before we’d even left the kitchen in our home walkthrough, I knew I wanted her help.  She selected paints and stains, recommended affordable changes to the kitchen and bathroom, and staged several rooms with furniture and accessories she’d chosen to attract the sorts of buyers she knew were searching for a home like mine.  Her photos of the interior showcased the high points of my house far better than what I was accustomed to seeing on the Web.  We listed the home a full twenty percent higher than originally planned, and received two offers at listing price in the first three days.

Birgit has an eye for her work, is business savvy to get the most out of a budget, and has the marketing experience to target the most likely buyers.  She transformed not only my house, but the painful process of preparing it for sale.  When I didn’t agree with or understand a choice she’d made, Birgit patiently walked me through her thinking, until I realized that while I was defending my own tastes, Birgit was telling me what her expertise and experience told her would actually sell.  The results speak for themselves.  I hope I don’t have to sell a house again for a long time, but if I do, I know where to place my first call.
