Shipping & Delivery
“Standard Threshold Delivery” is offered on all purchases at no extra charge. This delivery option includes all items being delivered to your home in their original packaging. You may instruct the delivery personnel as to whether you would like your delivery placed immediately inside your home, or left on your doorstep. Threshold delivery does not include placing products in specific rooms, assembly, or removal of original packaging.
“White Glove Delivery” is available for an additional $95 per vendor (multiple vendors may be used per order depending on what is purchased – information will be available at checkout). White Glove Delivery includes bringing in the delivery to the desired room you want it in, unboxing, light assembly, and removal of all the packing material. Two flights of stairs are also included in this service.
Returns & Cancellations
Because items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we are not able to accept any returns, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. Please send SideDoor Customer Support an email to email@example.com with the following information:
1. The order number that the item is attached to.
2. A picture of the shipping packaging that the item arrived in.
3. Pictures of the item itself showing the damage (2 up-close, and 1 from further away).
