It’s the 70-ies, my 8th birthday … I open my birthday gift and … my first camera!!! Snip, snip, my little 2 year old brother had to stand still for the very first photos.
I will never forget this camera as it is the birthstone of my love of photography. Every since I always have a camera with me, wherever I go. A few years later I bought my first SLR 35mm camera, which I had for many, many years. I had it with me when I lived in Austria, Italy, Paris, New York and may trips in between throughout the globe. Unfortunately, this camera did break on the most spectacular trip of my life – my honeymoon to Thailand and Hong Kong. Most pictures of the 13 rolls of film were destroyed – the most amazing photos I had ever taken :(. So, it was time to get a new camera. My Canon 20D digital SLR opened a whole new world and level of photography. Now taking great photographs is even more fun for me than ever before.
Through my home staging and interior design business here in Connecticut I have started incorporating my photographs to create amazing spaces. Great wall art is important to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For the first time I am now offering my own artistic photographs for sale to hang in your own home, restaurant, office, ….
