At BA Staging & Interiors, we don’t just stage homes, we intentionally shape how people feel in them. Founded by Birgit Anich, Creative Director and award-winning industry leader, our firm has pioneered the integration of neuroaesthetic design into home staging and interior styling. Our proprietary science-based method Neur-AllureTM blends psychology, sensory experience, and visual art to create environments that move people emotionally and motivate them to act.

Birgit Anich, MBA
CEO, Creative Director
Birgit Anich is an internationally and nationally recognized expert home stager. Originally from Austria and trained in both interior design, marketing and neuroaesthetic design with 17+ years experience she brings a uniquely holistic perspective to the art of selling homes through emotion.
As one of the most awarded stagers in North America, Birgit has been featured in numerous design and real estate publications, serves as an educator and speaker at industry conferences and events in the U.S. and Europe, and continues to advance the field through her commitment to design psychology, innovation, and mentorship.
Her creative vision bridges her artistic background and analytical approach, blending color theory, spatial balance, and emotional rhythm to create interiors that not only look beautiful but feel intuitively right.
Birgit’s creative talents are also expressed through “Birgit Anich Artistics”- her own photography, paintings and sustainable art.
