Time to wrap up another year! Can you believe it? 2022 was an exciting year of growth, new opportunities and new relationships. We want to say Thank You and express our gratitude for the continued support from our amazing clients, vendors, fans and friends. We can’t wait to see what is in store for 2023! Here are some of our highlights from this year…
2022 CLIENT & SUCCESS STORIES:
This year we had the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients and unique projects. Nothing brings us more joy and satisfaction in this business than helping our clients achieve a successful real estate sale, and move on with their lives with less stress and more money! On average, our staged properties sold for $90,000 above the asking price and went contingent within 2 weeks! Even as other properties began to sit longer on the market and reduce their prices, our staged homes continued to sell successfully, with multiple offers and above the asking price.
In 2022 we continued to expand our interior design services and partnered with Bridgewater Chocolate for the storefront design of their new, permanent Downtown Westport location. We also assisted with their seasonal decor. Design and delicious chocolate, what could be better?

2022 Events:
This year we had the privilege to host and attend many exciting events. It felt amazing to connect again in person!
We hosted multiple CE classes for Realtors at our warehouse throughout the year, as well as our first Client and Associate Appreciation Picnic!
In September we were honored to collaborate again with Compass Coastal for a one-of-a-kind multi-sensory lifestyle event, inside one of our luxury staging projects ELEVATE. The property was completely re-imagined by Susan Vanech Properties. Our team had so much fun meeting and networking with a collection of fabulous, luxury professionals and brands.

What’s new with us? In 2022 we successfully launched our Affinity Program, which rewards our loyal Realtors and clients with exclusive discounts and bonuses. This year we’ve been working hard to expand our services and have launched a new company division – BAD ASS RENTAL DESIGNS. We are now offering a full selection of design services, consultations and installations for Airbnb, VRBO, executive rentals, traveling nurse/doctor rentals, and other types of furnished rental properties. With a Bad Ass Rental Design, your property will stand out from the competition, generate increased demand and provide a memorable experience for guests.
